FanHero, LLC (“FanHero”, “we” or “us”) is the owner and provider of an all-in-one live streaming and video-on-demand technology platform (“Platform”). FanHero provides a white-label video platform for its customers to distribute and monetize content. This agreement is between you, as an enterprise-class client (“Client” or “you”), and us. Additional contractual terms and conditions between you and us are found in the Client Terms and Conditions (“CTAC”).
This Enterprise Client Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into in order to establish the economic terms and conditions between you and us and is made in conjunction with and in reference to the CTAC located and made available to you at https://www.fanhero.com/legal. Capitalized terms used but not defined hereinhave the meaning as defined in the CTAC. By executing this Agreement, you agree to all the terms andconditions of this Agreement and the CTAC, which are incorporated herein and made a part hereof.

1. White Label Applications
Company will provide Client with the following white-label application(s), which collectively comprise your Application:
(1) white-label web application; (2) white-label iOS mobile application; and (3) white-label Android mobile application
2. Additional Services
FanHero will provide the following services to the Client (the “Additional Services”) beyond the provisioning of the Application and those services set forth in the CTAC:
None.
3. Effective Date
The “Effective Date” of this Agreement is the date of the acceptance by us of your executed form of this Agreement.
4. Term
The Term of this Agreement is 2 (two) years from the Effective Date ("Initial Term"). This Agreement shall beautomatically renewed for 1 (one) year periods unless you send a written cancellation notice to us, with 30 (thirty) days prior to the end of the Initial Term.
5. Delivery Time
The time for preparing and deploying the white-label web application is 72 business hours following the Effective Date. The average time for building the white-label mobile applications to be submitted to third-party app stores for approval is between 30 to 60 days from the day we receive all required assets from you.
6. Client Performance
Client agrees to undertake the necessary efforts listed in this Agreement for the purposes of promoting andmaking your Application successful.
