All Clients and Users (also referred to herein collectively as “you” or “your”) are subject to this Privacy Policy as a result of your required agreement to either the Client Terms and Conditions (“CTAC”) or the End User Licensing Agreement (“EULA”) or your consumption of the Services or your utilization of the Platform, as the case may be.

Information We Collect

We require some of your personal data to provide our Services to you. For example, you must have an Account to download and use our mobile apps. When you choose to share the data below with us, we collect it and use it to operate and improve our Services.

Data on accounts

To comply with applicable regulations, we require you to make an affirmative representation of your age. If you do not make such representation, or you are under minimum age requirements, you will not be able to use the Platform. You do not need to create an Account to use some of our Services, such as our website. If you choose to create an Account, you must provide some personal data in order for us to provide our Services. This includes a display name, password, and email address. Your display name is always public, but you can use your real name or a pseudonym. You can also create your Account with us using the information you have provided for another service, such as Facebook.

Platform Data

We receive and store any Information you enter into the Platform, or that you provide to us. Information includes personally identifiable information, such as first and last name, landline and mobile numbers, postal and email addresses, and billing information (such as credit card number, cardholder name, and expiration date). From time to time, we may request and you may provide Information about your preferences so that we can personalize your experience.
